• Physical products (oils and botanical products): Refunds or exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged or defective. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Evidence may be required for damaged items.
• If an event or service is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may choose a refund or transfer.
