Ritual of Devotion is a 30-day journey we walk together.
Anchored in daily ritual, self-honouring, and grounded presence.
Each morning, meeting ourselves through practice, cultivating self-compassion, nervous system nourishment, and a deep sense of resource within our being.
Through self-anointing, guided transmission, and inquiry, beginning our day in connection with our sovereign self. Allowing our choices, our voice, and life to be led by this inner knowing.
This is a return to our body as temple - not something to fix, but something to honour, tend, and listen to.
Across these 30 days, I will be in devotion alongside you, deepening my own daily practice, creating a shared field of presence, honesty, and remembrance.
Together, we cultivate a way of being rooted in truth, reverence, and devotion to self, deepening into this practice together.
Healing begins in the body, not the mind.
This is where we return to simplicity.
Nourishing the nervous system with slowness, stillness, melting into the edges of our being and resting here.
Resting in connection with our innate knowing, the knowing that resides within us, not matter the external influence, it is always there for us to return to.
