Rooted in rhythm through the concentric cycles of life; menstrual, lunar, energetic, solar & earth.

A space to explore, in deeper devotion, the relationship you carry with the rhythms of your body and unique experience, to soften into the sweetness of slowness and reclaim the beat of your own drum, again and again and again.

We live in a world that idealises constant doing, where success is measured by how much we are able to create a produce, placing high productivity on a pedestal over rest and resource.

The truth is, creation comes from our rest, from our embodiment of our rhythms and moving in alignment with these.

The world outside of us cannot validate our truth as honestly as we can from within.

We place so much expectation on external resources to tell us what we need…when really the only person that truly knows what you need is YOU.

How can we really know? By strengthening our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, intuition and internal guidance systems that are constantly showing us the way.

We must quiet the external noise so that we are able to truly listen and hear the guidance of our being.

This isn’t just a reclamation of the menstrual cycle, this is a deep dive into energetic mastery.

What lives on the other side of this is unshakable trust in your own guidance systems and a deeper, devotional, LOVING relationship with yourself.
