A masterclass exploring the interweaving of the cyclical layers of our lives and the honouring of these that guide us toward a deeper truth within.

A space to explore, in deeper devotion, the relationship we carry with the rhythms of our body and unique experience, to soften into the sweetness of slowness and reclaim the beat of our own drum, again and again and again.

We live in a world that idealises constant doing, where success is measured by how much we are able to create and produce, placing high productivity on a pedestal over rest and resource.

The truth is, creation comes from our rest, from the embodiment of our rhythms and the honouring of these.

The world outside of us cannot validate our truth as honestly as we can from within.

We place so much expectation on external resources to tell us what we need when really the only person that truly knows what we need is ourselves.

How can we really know?

By strengthening our relationship with ourselves, our bodies, intuition and internal guidance systems that are constantly showing us the way.

We must quiet the external noise so that we are able to truly listen and hear the guidance of our being.

This isn’t just a reclamation of the menstrual cycle, this is a deep dive into energetic mastery.
