a women’s wellbeing and embodiment coach, space holder, retreat facilitator and birth journey doula, from Aotearoa, New Zealand. I live on Te Waipounamu, South Island in the beautiful Mid-Canterbury, nestled beneath the Southern Alps.

I am passionate about supporting women along their journey of embodiment, a path toward reclamation, liberation and living in alignment with the cycles, our bodies and our most authentic selves. The self that is confident to express her truth and unique essence.

I specialise in womb, and cyclical wisdom with offerings deeply rooted in the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tantra and my lineage of Celtic Traditions.

I believe that our relationships, with self, other and this existence, are truly healthy when women are connected to their sovereign power and intuitive wisdom, leading a life of pleasure, immersed in our ritualistic roots, connected to Mother, earthly and spiritual wisdom.

It is one of my most deepest desires to support women to thrive, and that is what this community has been created for.
